Samsung Announces Notebook 7 and Notebook 7 Force
Samsung will be entering WWDC 2019 with a couple of new laptops—the Notebook 7 and the Notebook 7 Force. The laptops will come in either a 13 inch or a 15 inch version, and will feature diamond-cut edges, a wide trackpad, and slim bezels. You’ll also find plenty of ports for connectivity, including two USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C port, HDMI, and a microSD slot.
Inside the Notebook 7 you’ll find 8th Gen Intel Core Processors as well as 8GB of RAM. The screens are 1080p. The 15-inch version of the Notebook 7 comes with Nvidia’s GeForce MX250 graphics, as well as an additional SSD.
The Notebook 7 Force steps things up a bit with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 and 16 GB of RAM. You also get an Ethernet port and two slots for storage expansion. The battery does seem to be a bit undersized at 43Wh, but the Force is said to be ready for video editing and gaming.
Whichever you choose, you will find certain common features, such as full HD displays, a 720p webcam, stereo speakers, and a fingerprint reader.
Come July 26, you’ll be able to pick up the Notebook 7 and the Notebook 7 for $1,000 or $1,5000 respectively.
